Yuantuo Steel Pipe Quenching and Tempering Production Line is designed to meet the high strength requirements of steel pipes of different specifications. It is applied to various steel pipe production processes such as cold rolling, cold drawing, and hot rolling, and is suitable for quenching and tempering treatment of steel pipes of various materials.

Product Feature
Material Storage System:
Steel pipes are stored via storage racks. The storage bins are 6 meters long and can be fed in a rhythmic pattern. Automatic (or semi-automatic) alignment of the steel pipes ensures smooth entry into the feeding system.
Feeding and Conveying System:
A high-efficiency feeding device is used to feed the steel pipes into the heating furnace at a set rhythm. Before entering the furnace, the steel pipes are automatically tracked to ensure uniform heating.
Heating Zone:
An induction heating furnace is used, equipped with a quick-change furnace head design to accommodate steel pipes of different specifications. The pressure rollers in the heating zone have a drive function to ensure uniform entry of the steel pipes into the heating area.
Quenching and Cooling:
Rapid cooling is achieved through a quenching water tank. Water temperature, pressure, and flow rate can be monitored in real time. A water level monitoring system is designed to prevent water splashing and ensure the surface quality of the steel pipes.
Pre-Tempering System:
The pre-tempering heating zone is temperature-adjustable and equipped with a temperature monitoring system to ensure stable tempering temperature. After tempering, the steel pipes automatically enter the cooling section for temperature adjustment.
Discharge System:
After pre-tempering, the steel pipes are discharged via discharge roller conveyors, equipped with guiding devices to ensure stability during the discharge process.
Equipment Configuration and Selection:
● Induction Heating Power Supply: Appropriate power and frequency are configured according to different steel pipe specifications and requirements to ensure uniform heating.
● Induction Heating Furnace Body: The furnace body is designed according to the steel pipe diameter and material to ensure high-efficiency heating.
● Cooling System: A 304 stainless steel cooling water tank and spray device ensure stable water temperature and flow rate during the quenching process, preventing any defects.
● PLC Control System: A Siemens PLC system monitors the production process in real time, adjusts various parameters, and ensures stable equipment operation.
● Temperature Monitoring Equipment: Each heating power supply is equipped with an infrared temperature measurement system to display the steel pipe heating temperature in real time, ensuring temperature consistency.
