Heating and Processing Technology
Steel Bar Heating: The steel bars are heated to the required temperature using an induction heating furnace. During heating, the current frequency and power are adjusted according to the size and material properties of the steel bars to ensure uniform heating.
Quenching Treatment: The heated steel bars are rapidly cooled using a spray cooling device, forming a hardened layer on the surface, thereby increasing their hardness and strength.
Tempering Treatment: The quenched steel bars are then heated in a tempering furnace to release internal stress and enhance their toughness.
Temperature Control Monitoring and Automatic Adjustment: A PLC control system, combined with an infrared thermometer, monitors the temperature changes of each steel bar in real time, ensuring that temperature control during heating, quenching, and tempering meets process requirements.
Automated Discharge and Cooling: The steel bars are cooled by the automated control system and then sent to a designated location for further processing.
