Heating and Processing Technology
Steel Pipe Heating
The steel pipe is rapidly heated to the required temperature using a medium-frequency induction heating furnace. During heating, the current frequency and power are automatically adjusted according to the specifications and material properties of the steel pipe to ensure uniform heating and prevent surface overheating or localized underheating.
Quenching Treatment
The heated steel pipe enters a quenching chamber and is rapidly cooled by a spray cooling system, forming a hardened layer on the surface, significantly improving the hardness and strength of the steel pipe.
Tempering Treatment
To release the internal stress generated during quenching and prevent brittleness, the steel pipe undergoes temperature-controlled tempering in a tempering furnace. After tempering, the toughness and crack resistance of the steel pipe are improved.
Temperature Control Monitoring and Automatic Adjustment
Precise Temperature Control
Each section of the heating furnace is equipped with an infrared temperature measuring device to monitor the surface and core temperature of the steel pipe in real time. The PLC system automatically adjusts the power supply to ensure that the heating process of each steel pipe meets strict process requirements and maintains accurate temperature control.
Automatic Adjustment Function
The equipment automatically adjusts the heating power according to the size and material properties of the steel pipe to ensure uniform heating and avoid excessive temperature differences.
Automated Discharge and Cooling
Automatic Discharge System
After quenching, the steel pipes are automatically discharged to the cooling unit for further cooling. This system precisely controls the cooling rate and ensures uniform cooling for each pipe, preventing uneven cooling or localized overheating.
Cooling System
Equipped with a high-efficiency cooling system, the steel pipes are cooled using a closed-loop cooling tower and a dedicated cooling water tank, ensuring a stable and efficient cooling process while minimizing cooling water waste.
